The Paycom app is a valuable tool for employees who already use Paycom's HR and payroll technology at work. Designed specifically for the mobile device, it brings the power of our Employee Self-Service technology right to your fingertips.

ACCESS YOUR DATA

With the Paycom app, you can access your personal employee data whenever and wherever you need it. This includes information such as past and present pay stubs, benefits, tax forms, performance reviews, goals, and contact details. Our secure touch-ID login ensures that your data is protected.

EMPLOYEE-DRIVEN PAYROLL

Beti™ is a groundbreaking feature that allows you to take control of your own paychecks. You can access, review, manage, and approve your paychecks before payday. Beti™ provides transparency into your paycheck, including pay changes, deductions, expenses, and other allocations. The guided process for paycheck approval ensures accuracy and instills confidence in the final amount.

ACCURATE TIMEKEEPING

With the Paycom app, you can easily track your hours using our web-based time clock or timesheet. You can also submit your time for approval, check your accruals, and request time off for vacation or medical appointments. Supervisors can conveniently approve hours worked and time-off requests on-the-go.

APPROVALS FROM ANYWHERE

Managers can stay productive even when they are away from their desks with the Manager on-the-Go feature. This mobile tool allows managers to complete essential tasks like approving hours worked, time-off requests, and expenses. They can also view team members' schedules and more.

DEFEAT THE RECEIPT

No more hassle of keeping track of paper receipts for expense accounts. With the Paycom app, you can simply take a photo of the receipt and upload it for reimbursement. You can also check the status of pending expense reimbursements conveniently.

LEARN AT YOUR PACE

The Paycom app provides access to employer-assigned training courses and learning paths. Additionally, you can access courses relevant to your system privileges through Paycom University, our client training and certification program.

MILEAGE TRACKER

Keep track of your business mileage with ease using Paycom's Mileage Tracker. You can store copies of receipts, sync trip information to Employee Self-Service, and set up automatic tracking for streamlined expense submissions.
